As a native of Long Island New York, Pat’s continual studies of floras and landscapes is the result of her need to explore and visually communicate the ever changing weather patterns, intrinsic beauty, harmony, and unpredictability of nature.

Drawn to watercolor because of its transparency and luminosity, its characteristics lead to a host of varied techniques as individual as each subject. Every painting requires complete devotion and entices new discoveries.

Pat has shown her work at various solo shows and group exhibits where she has received top honors and acclaim. She is represented at galleries and her paintings are included in many private collections. She teaches drawing and painting classes and workshops throughout the year.
